As an advocate for modern apprenticeships, and the growth of talent through continual professional development, here at AESSEAL we actively support and encourage apprenticeships within every department of our business.

Through employing a wide range of apprentices, we are proactively helping to grow and develop a motivated and skilled workforce, whilst also contributing to succession planning in an ever changing operating environment.

Moreover, whilst regularly employing apprentices, we are also strengthening the skill set of our existing employees, by giving them the skills, knowledge and experience to nurture our apprentices so to maximise their potential Why wouldn’t you want to be an apprentice with us?

I have had the privilege of working with AESSEAL over the past 5 years and have been able to support them in providing over 80 Apprenticeships to young people, all of whom are now on their career ladders.
AESSEAL really embody what Apprenticeships are all about. As an organisation, they ensure each Apprentice has support from time-served mentors that provide them with valuable skills and knowledge. AESSEAL are proud of their Apprentices and create an excellent environment in which people can learn while ensuring they are an integral part of the larger AESSEAL family.
Apprenticeships not only support local people looking to start their careers, AESSEAL has proven this can support their business by dramatically lowering their average worker age while maintaining excellent output and results. Every single Apprentice does their bit to ensure the business is high performing and maintains its exceptional slogan.
I’m proud to have done my bit to support these learners and I would strongly recommend anyone to look at Apprenticeships as a way to future proof their business or encourage there family members to look at Apprenticeships to secure a prosperous career. There is no better case study than AESSEAL to show how effective these Apprenticeships are.
